MAC MILLER’S STREAMS INCREASE TO 970 PERCENT
Since his tragic death, Mac Miller's streams have gone up to 970 percent according to Billboard and Nielsen Music.
His music stream rose to 32.5 million from 3.04 million the day prior to his death on September 7. “Self Care,” “Donald Trump,” “Best Day Ever,” “Hurt Feelings,” and “Weekend” were the top five tracks people listened to.
The streaming numbers are expected to affect next week’s Billboard charts. During his life, all of Mac Miller’s full-length albums made it into the top 10 on the Billboard 200. His most recent album, ‘Swimming’ made its way to number 1 on the Apple Music album charts over the weekend.
