Justin Beiber has been sued by the guy he got into a street fight with in Cleveland back in 2016 during the NBA Finals, and claims the singer said the “N-word,” in front of an entire group of people.

According to Rodney Cannon, he claims that during a fight with Bieber, the singer “suddenly became irate” over a photograph that was taken and demanded it be deleted.  Cannon says in addition to threatening harm upon him, JB leveled “threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people including racial epithets.”

Sources close to the situation say tell the racial epithet used by Bieber was the “N-word.” Cannon says because of Bieber’s alleged verbal and physical attack, he suffered mental and emotional injuries. Cannon filed a police report following the fight outside of Bieber’s hotel after Game 3 of the Cleveland vs Golden State series. He claimed he suffered a concussion during the melee.
